2. Products and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible via email and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise noted.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Orders and Deliveries

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched.

We deliver across Bangladesh, with specific focus on Dhaka and major cities. Delivery times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our priority is your satisfaction with our home care essentials. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, depending on the situation. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. User Conduct

You must not misuse this website. You agree that you will not commit or encourage a criminal offense, transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, or in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeLeads HomeCare shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising from or relating to your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
